How Online Gift Wrapping Works
- Choose your gift and add it to your cart.
- Select complimentary gift wrapping for each item you would like wrapped.
- If you would like to include a gift message, add our $3 gift tag at checkout.
- After selecting the $3 gift tag, enter your message in the Special Instructions (Gift Message) box. A message can only be included when a gift tag has been selected, as there is otherwise nothing for our team to write it on.
Our team will select an appropriate gift tag for the occasion and one that complements the wrapping paper. For example, if you enter a Happy Birthday message, we will write it on a Happy Birthday tag.
If your order is being sent directly to the recipient, enter their address as the delivery address during checkout. Please include any wrapping requests or helpful instructions and, if you have selected a $3 gift tag, your gift message.

Our complimentary—or free—gift-wrapping service is one of the ways we make choosing and sending a thoughtful gift easier. Each suitable item is carefully prepared by our team so it arrives beautifully presented and ready to give.
Oversized, fragile or unusually shaped products may not be suitable for standard gift wrapping. Products marked Pick Up Only and items requiring a freight quote retain those delivery conditions. If we are unable to wrap a particular item as requested, our team will contact you.
